Assisting in solutions design and installation, while tracking and controlling subcontractor’s performance, as well as handling post-installation technical support, operational actions, and customer’s requests fulfillment.
You will be responsible for:-
Assisting in the process of developing/ designing new Telecom Solutions for large facilities, such as Network Infrastructure installation, through transforming customer requirements into technical specification reflected in the solution design.
Contributing in projects implementation, while providing management with required reports; in order to complete projects successfully and within set time frame.
Tracking and controlling subcontractor’s performance to ensure that all projects are being executed according to the set specifications and standards, and in compliance with the contractual agreements.
Minimizing downtime and degradation related to Telecom Solutions; through monitoring statues, and subsequently identifying and resolving errors/ failures.
Executing the Network Infrastructure corrective/ preventive maintenance plans related to solutions installed in large facilities to maintain the efficient performance of the network and avoid service degradation.
Supporting related procurement activities, through accurately identifying and acquiring required material and equipment within set time frames, quality standards and price ranges; to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Handling customer’s complaints and satisfying their needs after solution installation in professional and systematic manner.
Carrying-out the documentation process of related special projects; in order to smoothen and accelerate future upgrade, maintenance, installation and all other operational activities.
Proposing improvement on solutions provided to customer; utilizing latest technological trends and developments.
Monitoring and maintaining Network Security Systems within provided Telecom solutions, in order to protect customer’s information/ systems from any theft or fraud incidents, while reporting such incident to the management and taking proper actions to stop and prevent them accordingly.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
WHAT DO I NEED?
You will be required to have Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
You shall have 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred certifications: CCNA, ITIL or equivalent professional certificate.
